Whistleblowing at Redtech
At Redtech, integrity is foundational to how we build, operate, and grow.
Whistleblowing is simply the act of speaking up when something does not feel right. It involves raising a genuine concern about suspected wrongdoing within or connected to Redtech, so it can be addressed responsibly and transparently.
We believe that progress depends on trust. And trust grows when people feel safe to speak.
What Can Be Reported?
You are encouraged to report any activity that you reasonably believe involves misconduct or unethical behaviour, including but not limited to:
• Fraud, theft, or financial malpractice
• Bribery, corruption, or conflicts of interest
• Breach of laws, regulations, or company policies
• Misuse of company assets or confidential information
• Unethical business practices
• Actions that pose a risk to health, safety, or the environment
• Any attempt to conceal wrongdoing
Concerns should be raised in good faith, based on honest belief, even if investigations later show no wrongdoing occurred.
