One of my proudest moments was when I closed out an issue that lingered longer than expected. Despite repeated troubleshooting efforts, we weren’t making progress nor getting any leads to the root of the issue. Eventually, a brief but insightful conversation provided a crucial lead, and the issue was finally resolved. That sense of relief and accomplishment was unforgettable.
