Therefore, we are committed to preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of our information assets and maintaining a defined level of Information Security in accordance with international standard.

In improving and maintaining an effective management system, Redtech Limited has transitioned to the latest version of the Information Security Management System standard, ISO 27001:2022.

This policy demonstrates a commitment to fulfilling applicable information security requirements and to the continual improvement of the information security management system.

Our ISMS is designed to:

1. Protect Confidentiality: We will ensure that sensitive information is accessed only by authorized individuals and is not disclosed to unauthorized parties.

2. Ensure Integrity: We will maintain the accuracy and completeness of our information assets and prevent unauthorized alteration or destruction.

3. Promote Availability: We will ensure that our information assets are available when needed by authorized users and that any disruptions to availability are minimized and promptly resolved.

4. Manage Risk: We will identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks to an acceptable level through the implementation of appropriate controls and countermeasures.

5. Comply with Legal and Regulatory Requirements: We will adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and contractual obligations related to information security.

6. Promote Awareness: We will raise awareness among our employees, contractors, and other stakeholders about their responsibilities for information security and provide them with the necessary training and resources to fulfill those responsibilities.

7. Continual Improvement: Redtech Limited will regularly review and improve its ISMS to adapt to changes in the threat landscape, technology, business requirements and best practices. Communication of ISMS documents will be made available to relevant stakeholders.

The main goal for Information security is to have a program that will ensure Redtech Limited meets its statutory functions, which are the security of stakeholders’ information assets, thereby creating a good reputation and better market image and reducing the damage caused by potential incidents. This is in accordance with its vision, mission, and core values, which are driven by the corporate strategy.
